SHIPPING POLICY

• The total delivery time includes both production time and shipping time.
• Please provide a complete street address. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO), as these require EMS shipping, which takes significantly longer (approximately 1-2 months or more).
• No need to worry about customs duties! We pre-pay customs duties whenever possible when shipping your order, so you won't need to handle anything. In the rare event that you're asked to pay customs fees, simply send us the invoice and we'll refund you the same day.
• You will receive tracking information once your package ships. Please monitor the tracking status until you receive your package, as package loss has increased recently.
• If you receive a damaged package, please do NOT open it. Contact the carrier immediately and notify us. We will also report the issue to our local carrier. Opening a damaged package may result in the carrier refusing to cover the loss.
• Lost packages must be reported within 30 business days for DHL, UPS, and other carriers, and within 21 business days for FedEx, from the shipping date. Claims filed after these periods cannot be processed as they will be expired.
• Please note: If you choose On Demand Delivery (ODD) service from DHL or "My Choice Release" service from UPS, you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage to the package, as well as any loss or damage caused by the package to third parties, after the package has been released according to your instructions. All carriers will not cover losses for packages using these services.
• Shipping addresses can be changed before we ship your package. However, once the package is shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed successfully. Carriers charge us $13-$160 per package for address changes, regardless of whether the change is successful, so please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate.
  Please note: Once a package has been delivered, the address cannot be changed.

We begin processing your order within 24 hours and notify our tailors to start creating your dress. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We must charge a cancellation fee for orders cancelled after 24 hours, as the fabric for your dress has already been cut. For detailed cancellation information, please refer to our Return and Cancellation Policy. Typical production times based on dress complexity are as follows:

Wedding dresses: 3-5 weeks
Bridesmaid dresses: 2-4 weeks
Prom dresses: 2-4 weeks
Mother of the bride dresses: 2-4 weeks
Accessories and swatches: Can be shipped within 24 hours when in stock
Understanding this information will help you better plan your timeline. We recommend adding a note at checkout or emailing us with your event date when placing your order, so we can prioritize your production and ensure timely delivery for your special day.
Once your order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you need to change the address, please notify us as soon as possible. If an address change is necessary after shipping, we can contact the carrier on your behalf, but this will incur fees of $13-$160 per package (charged regardless of whether the change is successful), so please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate.
We will provide you with tracking information after your order ships, and you can track your package on the carrier's official website.

We offer rush order service for select styles, with delivery in 20 business days or less. If you need your dress even sooner, please contact us to check availability. Rush orders require an additional fee of $10.00-$45.00. Ordering early not only ensures adequate time but also allows us to create the highest quality dress for you.

• If you need to change your shipping address after your order has shipped, you will need to pay additional shipping fees for the address change.

We sincerely apologize if any delay occurs on our end. If your order is delayed due to our error, you have two options: return the dress for a full refund, or keep the dress and receive a 15% discount.

Your order will be delivered within the confirmed timeframe. We will provide tracking information as soon as your package ships, allowing you to monitor its status throughout delivery.
