We ship worldwide, anywhere standard shipping carriers can reach. Make sure your address and phone number are correct—PO Boxes and APO addresses aren't available for express shipping.

Yes, before we ship. Once the package is sent, we can't guarantee the address can be changed (carriers charge $13 and don't always succeed). Once delivered, no changes are possible.

4. Investigations take 1-2 weeks. If confirmed lost, we'll refund or resend immediately
   Report lost packages within 30 days of shipping or carriers won't cover claims.

Shipping costs are included in your order. Customs taxes are rare (about 1% of orders) and are the customer's responsibility if they apply.

If your dress arrives late due to weather or carrier issues, you have two options:

1. Return it for a full refund
2. Keep it and get 15% back

Standard size dresses (US 0-14) in picture colors can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags attached. You'll get a 90% refund (10% restocking fee). Custom dresses and plus sizes (US 16+) are final sale unless defective.

Email service@vowsatin.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll approve your return and send a return address. Ship it back within 15 days. Refunds process in 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the dress.

We don't offer direct exchanges since dresses are made to order. Return the original (if eligible) and place a new order. Original discounts won't apply to the new order.

Our dresses are machine washable. For wrinkles, use a garment steamer or hang in a steamy bathroom. Always hang when not wearing to maintain shape.
