Minor adjustments are part of getting the perfect fit. We'll help cover the cost.

Custom dresses are made to your measurements, but small tweaks—like shortening straps or taking in the waist—are still common. To help with this, we offer partial reimbursement for local alterations on all dresses, standard or custom.

ALTERATIONS

If your dress really doesn't fit, sometimes it's more than minor alterations. Here's what you can do:

Standard sizes (US 0-14):

Alter locally and claim reimbursement
Send back for free alterations from us
Return for 90% refund (10% restocking fee)
Reorder custom size, get 20% off + free rush

Custom sizes:

Every custom dress is checked four times before shipping. If something's wrong on our end, we fix it.

REIMBURSEMENTS

The reimbursement amount is based on your dress price:

Under $99 → up to $20 back
$100-$199 → up to $30 back
$200+ → up to $40 back

How It Works

Take your dress to a local tailor, keep the receipt, and email a photo to service@vowsatin.com within 7 days of delivery. That's it.
